2Share Furniture - Ongoing Needs
All items must be clean and in good working order.
Living Rooms: Sofas; living room chairs, mechanical recliners (not electric), coffee tables, end tables (no glass tops), floor and table lamps; small area rugs up to and including 7'x9'.
- 2Share does not take sofa beds, china cabinets, hutches, low boy tables, accent pieces, most desks, nor filing cabinets.
Kitchens: Standard size kitchen tables and chairs; small dining room tables and chairs; pots and pans (no scratches on Teflon surfaces), utensils, dishes, flatware, tumblers & water glasses, microwave ovens, toaster ovens, electric toasters, blenders.
- 2Share does not take major appliances.
Bedrooms: Dressers, small armoires, nightstands, bedding (new or very gently used); towels; mattresses (pending an inspection - box spring may also be donated with the mattress as long as it passes inspection).
- 2Share does not take headboards or footboards.
While the above items are the major items 2Share needs on a regular basis, there are occasionally exceptions or special needs. If you have an item not listed, please do not hesitate to reach out to 2Share (our parish's points of contact are Alex Murchison and Don Arabian) to see if they can use it. Please note, 2Share does reserve the right to refuse items at the time of pick-up. 2Share is an all-volunteer ministry so please plan plenty of lead time for donation pick-up.
